This is a 2 hour, 4-day “camp like” experience for high school girls involving movement, journaling, nutrition, and REAL conversations about confidence, stress, friendships, emotions, and building strength from the inside out!

This group was created for intentional pause, reflection, and growth. Each gathering will focus on a specific topic related to emotional, mental, physical, or spiritual wellness. There will be a time of teaching, stillness, personal reflection, and meaningful conversation designed to help women slow down, reconnect, and leave with practical insight for everyday life.
Womans Group
FOCUSED is an individual 8-week program designed to help you build steady rhythms in your life. You’ll receive weekly support, personalized goals, practical accountability around the areas like nutrition, movement, mindset, emotional awareness, sleep, and spiritual growth. This program is meant to be encouraging, doable and just structured enough to help you stay consistent without feeling overwhelmed.
